Your intake consists of one to two 45-minute sessions, depending on the complexity of your needs. During that evaluation, your provider will take a deep dive into your life history, including your psychiatric and medical history. By hearing your story, in your own words, your provider will consider various factors that can contribute to your current symptoms, including but not limited to: genetics, home environment, life experiences, and medical illnesses. Your provider will then discuss interventions for each of these components and create a truly individualized treatment plan centered around the changes that you wish to make. At the end of your evaluation, you will have a comprehensive understanding of your mental health. You will be given multiple options to address your symptoms, and your provider will work with you as a collaborative partner to make a plan that feels right for you.

50-minute psychotherapy: $300

30/50-minute psychiatric follow-up (including medication management, supplements, nutritional counseling): $320/$500

In order to provide comprehensive mental healthcare services and highly personalized attention to each of our patients, we do not contract with any insurance companies. By working out-of-network, we are able to provide the level of service, time and care that we believe to be necessary for truly effective treatment.

At this moment, we do not offer sliding scale.

We highly encourage you to contact your insurance provider to review your out-of-network benefits. In particular, please review your out-of-network deductible, copay/co-insurance, out-of-pocket maximum and allowable amounts for both virtual and in-person appointments to determine your likely reimbursement. We are happy to provide CPT codes that you can review with your insurance company.

If you are in the process of selecting or changing your insurance plan, we encourage you to evaluate all options, particularly PPO plans, to find a plan with out-of-network benefits.

After you pay your invoice, we will provide an itemized superbill that includes appropriate ICD and CPT codes. Please contact your insurance company for instructions on how to submit this superbill for reimbursement.

Prospective patients can book a free consultation or an intake with a minimum of 48 hours of advanced notice.

Scheduled follow-up appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the session will apply.

We offer both virtual and in-person visits. Treatment modalities will be discussed with each patient individually.

Because many of our patients require in-person visits, we work primarily with patients who are able come to our clinic. Additionally, our providers are only able to offer virtual and in-person consultations, when appropriate, to patients located in VA, MD and DC.
